The Ravens Football program made great strides in the last two seasons—both under the inspiring vision of Coach Corey Grant.
As we continue the 2023/24 academic year, it is important to keep the momentum going. Together, we can continue to build on Coach Grant’s vision and create a supportive culture of excellence for our student-athletes.
Your support today means we can equip student-athletes for the athletic demands for seasons ahead, prepare them to thrive in the classroom, support their well-being and ensure their day-to-day needs are being met—all while continuing to build a positive culture within the program for years to come.
The Impact
Donations of any amount will help the team, but you can tailor your gift and make a different kind of impact. Here are some options to consider:
- Be a Booster—and get a locker nameplate!
Strength and conditioning, nutrition, equipment, recruitment, travel and sports medicine—these are just some of the recurring expenses that arise over the course of the year, from the off-season to training camp and throughout the academic term. And as inflation intensifies and the cost of everything from food, to equipment, to professional services increases, it’s more important than ever to ensure day-to-day team and individual needs are being met.
To support annual program activities and empower the people who build our field of success, we’re looking for boosters—alumni and supporters who can take an active role in the football community by contributing to immediate needs. With an annual contribution of $500, you can give the team an extra boost.
Boosters will receive a one-to-one match, and will be recognized with a nameplate on lockers in the Ravens dressing room. Your name, or the name of someone you wish to honour, will be displayed on a customized nameplate for the duration of your support.

- Sponsor a Raven
Each season and throughout their varsity years, our Ravens rely on personal support at every step—training and conditioning, customized guidance from coaches, academic support during exams and other periods, off-season support and advice, and financial assistance at critical times. In just one season and the academic year, the costs and fees associated with that support are about $10,000 per student-athlete.
To ensure each Raven gets the guidance they need, we are seeking sponsors—alumni and supporters who can help every student-athlete focus on individual and team goals over a season. Sponsors will receive personal recognition and celebration, along with opportunities to attend team events, connect with student-athletes and follow their progress over the season.
Consider making a donation that will support a student-athlete’s full year experience. With a $10,000 annual contribution—or $5000 annually over two years—you’ll receive a one-to-one match, which will broaden your impact.

- Partner with the program
To build and sustain a new culture over the long term, we are also seeking partners—dedicated alumni and supporters who can help build a $5M endowment fund for the Ravens Football program. All investments in the endowment fund will receive a two-to-one match; if you’re interested in this option, please make your gift through the Carleton Ravens Football Fund form.
Over the long term, our partners will allow Ravens Football to meet the requirements of each season, without sacrificing any resources needed for the Ravens of the future.
Partners will receive prominent recognition and celebration of their investment, along with regular opportunities to personally connect with the coaching staff and student-athletes over the course of the season. In addition, partners will receive annual financial and stewardship reports to demonstrate the impact of their investment.
