Awarded annually to a deserving student, proceeding from one year to another in the Bachelor of Arts Cognitive Science program at Carleton University. Recipient will demonstrate financial need, must be Canadian Citizen or permanent resident of Canada (landed immigrant or a protected person), and must also meet OSAP’s Ontario residency requirements. Endowed in 2007 by family and friends of Robert Garigue.
