Awarded in alternate years to an undergraduate student studying TSE Technology, Society, Environment – Energy & Sustainability or to an undergraduate studying Environmental Science – Foundations for Environmental Chemistry. If an eligible student from one course is not found, the scholarship may be offered to an eligible student in the other course. The scholarship was established in memory of Peeter Kruus to recognize the outstanding contribution he made to Carleton University and the academic community as a teacher and scholar. Endowed in 2005 by friends and family of Peeter Kruus.
