Awarded annually to students in demonstrated financial need who are entering or continuing in the Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management.  Endowed in 2022, by Jane Courtemanche BPA85.

Jane graduated from Carleton in 1985 with a Bachelor of Public Administration and went on to enjoy a long and successful career in provincial and municipal government. This bursary will help support the next generation of students committed to public service excellence.
