Awarded annually to deserving undergraduate students in the Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs who require financial assistance in order to continue their studies at Carleton University. Recipients will demonstrate financial need, must be Canadian Citizens or permanent residents of Canada (landed immigrant or a protected person), and must meet OSAP’s Ontario Residency requirements.
