Charles Watters passed away peacefully on Sunday August 22, 2021 at the Civic Hospital, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 30.  He was the son of Dennis Watters and Louise Levesque and brother and best friend to Simon Watters.  Charles attended Carleton University in Industrial Design and was in the process of completing his four-year undergraduate degree. He had a passion for designing devices that would enhance the lives of people living with disabilities.

Charles was admired by all for his perseverance, courage and effort in his daily life and academic studies. He will be sadly missed by many friends and family. A private celebration of life was held on Saturday August 28, 2021.
