Awarded annually, on the recommendation of the Director of the Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs, to an outstanding student proceeding from one year to another in the Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs who has demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities.Bill & Marion Clark were active, contributing citizens of Kingsville, Ontario for many decades. They cared deeply about politics, health care and education and were leaders in all three areas, particularly as volunteers. Bill practiced law for over half a century, while Marion managed constituency casework for the local Member of Parliament. This scholarship was endowed in 2001 and enhanced in 2007 by Dianne Clark, B.A. 1984, in memory of her parents, and in tribute to their leadership and service to the people of Essex County.
