Awarded annually to a student who is in the Second year of an Engineering or Science program and who is in need of financial assistance. Recipients will demonstrate financial need, must be Canadian Citizens or permanent residents of Canada (landed immigrant or a protected person), and must meet OSAP’s Ontario Residency requirements.
